When you book a session with us, we’ll confirm the time, scope, and price in writing (usually by email or message). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due at the end of each session or on receipt of invoice. Prices are listed in NZD and may change without notice.
4. Your Responsibilities
We work collaboratively and respectfully within your space. You agree to provide a safe environment for work and to make final decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard.
5. Limitation of Liability
We take great care in our work, but The Lazy Minimalist cannot accept responsibility for accidental loss or damage to property, nor for any decisions made regarding items you choose to keep or remove. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, materials, and resources remain the property of The Lazy Minimalist. You may share links to our content but not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
